Kitty Rescued From Tree This Week: Old Lyme Animal Control

Old Lyme Animal Control Officer Lynn Philemon expressed gratitude to Chris Lamb from CT Animal House and Clark Tree Experts “ for helping us save a kitty that had been stuck in a tree since yesterday at 7 a.m.”

She also expressed thanks to her husband, Stephen Philemon, for his assistance.

“Unfortunately the kitty escaped from the basket, hopefully to run home,” she said.

Philemon said the people who assisted in the rescue think a fisher cat may have forced the cat up the tree.
