Old Lyme Republicans Endorse Candidates For Municipal Elections
The slate includes a number of incumbents, including Selectman Arthur Sibley Jr.

The Old Lyme Republican Town Committee finalized its endorsements for municipal office for the November 2013 elections at a special meeting of the RTC held Tuesday, July 23.
RTC Chairman David Kelsey notes, "We are very pleased with the high quality of candidates for the upcoming election, and we as Republicans are very encouraged by the many candidates from all parties that sought the Republican endorsement for the 2013 campaign. Though we are not always able to offer our endorsement to all candidates seeking one, we sincerely appreciate and honor the willingness of people to serve the Town."
"We think our endorsed candidates offer the Town an excellent choice for strong leadership and common sense approach to Town administration," Kelsey said. "We are especially happy with our Board of Education candidates. The slate is a great mix of backgrounds, from education to health care to building project management. The endorsed candidates also represent a broad spectrum of family situations which will provide the Board of Education with perspective from different ages as well as families with children."
