Gibeault, 26, of 197 Mile Creek Road, Old Lyme, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and stop sign violation. Bond was set at $500.  July 13, 2013 Carlos Alfredo Vizuete, 40, of 41 East Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged with charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive right, failure to stay in lane, and operation of a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $500.
