You'll be able to see and hear Steve Elci &amp; Friends in action today because they're in town to celebrate the Children's Museum of Southeastern Connecticut's 20th birthday! The free performance, which was originally going to be held outside next to East Lyme Town Hall has been moved because of the weather.  The show will go on as planned from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. but it will be held at East Lyme Community Center, 41 Society Rd., Niantic. "Still going to be a rockin' good time with Steve Elci!" promises Julie Clements-Reagan, graphic designer for the Children's Museum, in an earlier posting on Patch. "BIG thanks to East Lyme Parks &amp; Rec for helping celebrate 20 years of the Children's Museum of SECT."
