One home sold this week in Woodcrest Estates, a new development in Old Lyme that is applying to the town to approve Woodcrest Drive as a new town road. Old Lyme Board of Selectmen have expressed some concerns about tall trees growing in the traffic circle at the top of the road, which the developer has pledged to address. Whether the town accepts Woodcrest Drive as a new road will be an issue for voters to decide at the next scheduled Town Meeting.
