- The Zoning Board of Appeals meets at East Lyme Town Hall at 6 p.m.
- East Lyme Republican Town Committee meets at the East Lyme Senior Center from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- The Water and Sewer Commission meets at 7 p.m. at East Lyme Town Hall.
- The Historic Properties Commission meets at East Lyme Town Hall at 7 p.m.
- The East Lyme Democratic Town Committee meets at the East Lyme Democratic Headquarters at 7:00pm. The Headquarters address is 17 Hope Street, Niantic.

- Democratic Town Committee Nominating Committee meets at 5 p.m. in the Old Lyme Town Hall meeting hall.

- Lymes' Senior Center "Summer Concert Series" presents String of Pearls at 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center on Town Woods Road in Old Lyme.
Friday
- Old Lyme's Midsummer Festival starts at 5:00 p.m. with a Midsummer reception from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at Lyme Art Association, and opening reception for a show of student work at Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts and a pre-concert open house at the Florence Griswold Museum followed by a concert of bluegrass music from Poor Old Shine at the museum from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Caroline's Miracle Foundation Walk/Run. Register at LYSB, 59 Lyme Street in Old Lyme starting at 6:45 a.m. for the 8:00 a.m. 5K Walk; the 8:15 a.m. 5K Run; the 9:00 a.m. Kid’s K. Post Race party with music, massages, food & fun! Register in advance online www.carolinesmiraclefoundation.org.
- Old Lyme's Midsummer Festival events begin at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day and into the evening at multiple locations on Lyme Street. Find the full roster of events at www.oldlymemidsummerfestival.com.
- 4th Annual Leukemia Cup Poker Run. Three of Niantic's marina's (Boats Incorporated, Harbor Hill Marina and Port Niantic) collectively host the 4th Annual Leukemia Cup Poker Run. This is a fun event (not a race) and geared toward power boats, check-in is 10:30-noon. Harbor Hill Marina and Inn will host the after-party from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the party is open to everyone, not just boaters.
