Calling all Artists! The Friends of Valley Falls invite artists to take part in our plein aire “Artists Day at Valley Falls Farm 2025” on Sunday, September 7. Artists are invited to find a favorite spot at the scenic Heritage Center and Farm, 345 Valley Falls Road in Vernon, and enjoy a relaxing outdoor afternoon with their palettes and paints. 🎨🎨
Artists are welcome to paint between 9 am and 3 pm and the public is invited to stroll around the farm and view the artwork between 12 and 3 pm. The Friends provide artists with a box lunch, while tables set up in the lower level of the farm’s Red Barn provide space for artists to display or sell artwork. The six-foot tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. Handler & Levesque, a guitar duo, will provide music between 1 and 3 pm and the Heritage Center museum will be open. Sketch pads and picnic lunches welcome!
