Choose Your Vaccine: Pop-Up Clinic To Open Thursday In Vernon
At the clinic in Vernon, people can choose to take either the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
VERNON, CT — The Town of Vernon is hosting a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic this Thursday, July 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The clinic is located at 375 Hartford Turnpike in Vernon.
All three vaccines — Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson — will be available.

According to Connecticut's COVID-19 latest metric report, there were fewer than five cases of the virus per 100,000 people in Vernon from June 20 to July 3. Thirty-five people from around the state are currently hospitalized for COVID-19.
State health data also shows that in Vernon, almost 64 percent (18,768) of the population has had at least one vaccine, and almost 60 percent (17,500) are fully vaccinated as of July 7.
Since Monday, the state has reported 70 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total to 350,039.
