Feeding America: Scouting for Food Drive Kicks Off In Vernon
Scouting for Food aims to collect items for the Vernon regional food bank.

VERNON, CT — This weekend Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts will fan out all over Vernon to distribute Scouting for Food bags.
It's an annual town wide food drive which benefits the Hockanum Valley Community Council.
The request is that over the course of the coming week, residents fill the bags with non-perishable food donations for the food bank.
