At 3:51 last Friday, police received a complaint about loud music coming from a gray Cadillac inside the commercial area of Hockanum Boulevard. It turned out that the driver has an active warrant out of Manchester Superior Court for probation violation.

Records show the man was twice convicted in 2018 in GA 19 — for reckless driving and drunken driving — and his probations were extended after the balances of a six-month sentence and a 30-day sentence were restored.
