4 Arrested In Stolen Car Overnight In Wallingford: Police

Four people, including two juveniles, were arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle, according to police.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Four people were arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle early Sunday morning in Wallingford, according to police.

Police responded around 5:35 a.m. on Nov. 17 to Cumberland Farms at 906 North Colony Rd. on a suspicious activity complaint.

The complainant reported seeing four people removing the registration plates from a white BMW in the parking lot and walking away, according to police.

The BMW was found to be stolen out of Danbury, according to police.

Police said officers quickly converged on the area and apprehended four people, including two juveniles.

Gabriella Collazo, 18, of Meriden, was charged with theft of motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft of motor vehicle. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 2.

Jeremy Gonzalez, 20, of Meriden, was charged theft of motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit theft of motor vehicle, and risk of injury to a minor. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 2.
