7 Brew Coffee Sets Opening Date In Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — 7 Brew Coffee will officially open its location in Wallingford on Monday, Sept. 9, the owners announced.

7 Brew is a drive-thru only coffee shop at the former site of Captain Seas property at 905 North Colony Road.

In preparation for the opening of the franchise’s first New England location in Wallingford, owner and operator Sharon Parmar said the 7 Brew Wallingford team has “already made a significant impact” by delivering 10,000 free drinks to the Wallingford community this past week.

“From hospitals to schools to car dealerships, our mission was to reach as many members of the community as possible,” Parmar said in an email. “At 7 Brew, we’re all about cultivating kindness, and this initiative was our way of expressing our heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome we’ve received from the Wallingford community! It was our way to say, thank you!”

The Wallingford 7 Brew’s operating hours will be from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

“This July, we installed our prefabricated building onsite, and we’re proud to have hired 50 enthusiastic employees to join us in bringing our unique coffee experience to Wallingford,” Parmar said. “We look forward to serving our customers when our lanes officially open on Monday, September 9th at 5:30 a.m.

“In the lead-up to our grand opening celebration—known as Swag Day—on September 21st, we have several exciting events planned, including Friends & Family Weekend and Community Hours where customers can try the menu for free during limited hours. The first customer in line on Swag Day will receive free coffee for a year, and anyone purchasing a large drink will be treated to a complimentary T-shirt.”

In addition to the grand-opening events, 7 Brew will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Vincent Cervoni at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
