WALLINGFORD, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth $34,000 was recently sold in Wallingford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Meriden resident won $33,918 on a CASH 5 ticket that was sold at Tarrar Grocery LLC at 315 North Colony St. in Wallingford, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
