Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 10 Through Nov. 25, 2025

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Christopher J. Hayden, 34, of East Haven, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of second-degree harassment and violation of probation. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 5. He was also arrested Nov. 25 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14 on that charge, according to state judicial records.

Shareen A. Robertson, 48, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 20.

Kyle J. Casuto, 43, of Greenwich, was arrested Nov. 14 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 8.

Jessy Capocci, 39, of Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 14 on two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief, and one count each of less than $500 on revoked payment card, conspiracy to commit less than $500 on revoked payment card, conspiracy to commit receipt from illegal use of credit card, criminal attempt at receipt from illegal use of credit card, third-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit third-degree identity theft, criminal attempt at criminal impersonation, conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, illegal take payment card, and conspiracy to commit illegal take payment card. She was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 16.

Angel Garcia, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 15 on two counts of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges with a pre-trial date of Jan. 13.

Dakota J. Backstrom, 32, of East Haven, was arrested Nov. 15 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 12.

Robin L. Witkowski, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 20 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 23.

Dale T. Mangino, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation / suffocation and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $35,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 5.
