Dozens Displaced From Homes After Fire In Wallingford: Reports
Two firefighters were injured battling the blaze.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Firefighters were busy Wednesday afternoon battling a blaze at the Terrace Gardens apartment complex on South Elm Street, according to WFSB 3 TV.
The fire started around 1:30 p.m. More than a dozen people have been temporarily displaced from their homes. Mark Fancher told WFSB 3 TV that "We’ve lost everything, everything we own. All we have is what we’re wearing right now."
Two firefighters suffered minor injuries battling the fire, NBC CT reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation, NBC CT reported.
