Lane Closures Announced For Bridge Work In Wallingford
The project is scheduled to be completed on Nov. 9, according to officials.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) announced that the rehabilitation of Bridge 00793A, Route 15 over the Quinnipiac River in Wallingford began on Monday, Jan. 27.
The project consists of the replacement of the northbound superstructure, minor repairs to the substructure, and scour protection in the Quinnipiac River channel.

The project was awarded to ROTHA Contracting Company, Inc. at a cost of $10,381,331 on Dec. 13, 2024, and is scheduled to be completed Nov. 9, 2025. The project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 3 in Norwich.
