Lyman Hall Marching Band, Color Guard Honored For Banner Season

The Lyman Hall Marching Band & Color Guard were honored at Monday night's Board of Education meeting for their accomplishments this season.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The Lyman Hall Marching Band and Color Guard were honored at Monday night’s Board of Education meeting for their accomplishments this season.

The marching band placed second at the Group IIAA National Championship in Allentown, Pennsylvania on Nov. 9. Lyman Hall scored 93.2 and won Best Music and Best Color Guard.

Lyman Hall also finished first at the Connecticut State Championships in Class IIA at Veterans Memorial Stadium in New Britain on Oct. 26.

Lyman Hall won caption awards for Overall Effect, Overall Visual and first place for Color Guard at the state championships.
