Obituary: Geraldine A. Koba, 75, of Wallingford
Geraldine always cherished spending time with loved ones and had previously worked for Rush Computer Rentals and the Revere Corporation.

WALLINGFORD, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Geraldine A. Koba, 75, of Wallingford, loving wife of 56 years to John Koba, entered into eternal rest on August 29, 2021 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.
She was born in Manchester on November 28, 1945, daughter of the late Thomas and Lila (Williams) Brown. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1963, and later received an associate degree from Middlesex.
She was retired, having previously worked for Rush Computer Rentals and Revere Corporation. She loved spending weekends on the boat in Mystic with John.
She was active in her grandchildren's lives and loved watching them play sports and perform in concerts.
In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by her sons, John Koba and his wife Susan of Virginia Beach, and Kristopher Koba and his wife Anne of Rockfall; her sisters, Maureen Kilbourn of Redding, and Catherine Gonzales of South Windsor; her brother, Stephen Brown of Noank; her grandchildren, John, Britny, Arthur, Thomas and Braden Koba; her great grandchildren, Elaina and Jenna as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother Thomas Brown and her sister Jean Ballok.
Her family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext. on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 4 pm until 7 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 10 am directly at Our Lady of Fatima Church, on Hope Hill Road, in Wallingford.
Interment will follow in the In Memoriam Cemetery in Wallingford.
