Obituary: Grace Margaret Griffin, 91, of Wallingford
Grace, a devoted wife, sister and aunt, was an avid traveler, always relishing in the opportunity to see the world.
WALLINGFORD, CT - (From Keenan Funeral Home) Grace Margaret Griffin, age 91, of Wallingford passed away peacefully Sunday July 3, 2022.
She was born July 17, 1930 in New Haven, Connecticut to the late Leo and Anna Braun.
During her life, she met, fell in love, and married her husband Harold Griffin.
Together they traveled the world, spending weeks in Rome, Germany and other countries.
After Harold’s passing, Grace continued to travel. She often took trips to Vermont with her sisters.
Grace is predeceased by her beloved husband Harold Griffin. Her brothers Leo Braun Jr, and Francis Braun, and her sisters Esperance B. Corr, Maryjane Enright, and Rosemary Molyneux.
Grace is survived by her sister Ann Braun Currie, her brother Joseph (Mary) Braun, and multiple nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at St. Lawrence Cemetery Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.
