Patricia Ann Miranda, 82, passed away on Jan. 8, 2025, after a distinguished 24-year career as a detective with the Wallingford Police Department, having also taught English and Science, earned multiple awards for her leadership and advocacy, and found joy in being a Nana.

Evelyn Erb (Gesner) Coogan, 71, passed away on Jan. 5, 2025, after a career as an optical technician at Wallingford Eye Care Center. She was known for her creativity, love of animals, and passion for horses, as well as her close relationships with family, including her beloved dog, Princess.

Alfred William Mueller, 90, passed away on Jan. 4, 2025, after a distinguished career at the Beinecke Rare Book Library at Yale. He had a passion for exercise, cycling 500 miles at age 86, poetry, traveling with his wife Nancy, and supporting local and global charities.

Anthony J. Nuccini, 69, passed away on Jan. 3, 2025. He owned and operated K&B Fire Protection LLC, was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, and enjoyed clamming, oldies music, and summers by the pool while being a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
