Special Education

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Phyllis has been teaching for over 25 years. She loves her job. She’s very good at her job. She is also the Director of camp happiness in Milford, which is a special education summer camp that she started working at at 13 through Cita and has never left. She enjoys the children. She has been named teacher of the year in Wallingford a few years ago. I really think she deserves this honor and if you look into her at Moses in Wallingford, you will see that everybody has nothing but wonderful things to say about her

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Phyllis is very caring and committed to her profession and so are her children who seem to follow in her footsteps. Her oldest daughter is a teacher at a daycare and then her second year of college. Phyllis seems to make everybody happy around her and keeps furthering her education.
