Student Made Comment About Bringing Gun To Wallingford School: PD

The student threw juice at three school officials and made other threats, police say.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A High Roads School student is facing charges after authorities say he made threats that were alarming to witnesses, including a reported comment about bringing a gun to school and that something was going to happen at the school on Friday.

According to police, Dikyree Oliver, 18, of of Bridgeport went to school March 19 with the intention of "throwing juice at several school officials." Police say Oliver threw cranberry juice on three school officials and allegedly threatened to poison one of the official's service dog.

Oliver was taken to a secure room where police say he continued to yell threats, including one where he said he was going to "snuff" the school's director.
