Wallingford Election 2023 Voter Guide: Candidates, Polling Places
Here's what you need to know regarding the Wallingford municipal election including the candidates, polling places, voting hours, and more.

WALLINGFORD, CT — On Nov. 7, Wallingford residents will cast their votes for the town’s first new mayor in 40 years, along with seats on the town council and board of education.
Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of State’s website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.
Connecticut also allows for Election Day registration at designated centers in each town. People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using Election Day registration. To receive your absentee ballot, complete and sign an application and return it to your Town Clerk, or you can request an absentee ballot online.

For Town Council, residents can vote for up to any nine candidates. The Democratic candidates are: Jason Michael, Bruce Conroy, Kristi Doerr, Samuel Carmody, Jesse Reynolds, and Vincent Testa Jr. The Republican candidates are: Autumn Allinson, Joe Marrone III, Christopher Regan, Craig Fishbein, Tom Laffin, Christina Tatta, and Jeff Necio. Darrell Stancuna is on the ballot as a Petitioning candidate.
For Board of Education, residents can vote for up to any nine candidates. The Democratic candidates are: Benjamin Hyland, Maureen Reed, Michael Votto, Melanie Rossacci, and Sandy Storck. The Republican candidates are: Caroline Raynis, Jennifer Passaretti, Ray Ross, Marla Roscoe, Donna Regan, and Rajan Doering.
