Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Edward L. McCullough, 66, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 26 on two counts of criminal attempt at first-degree sexual assault and two counts of illegal sexual contact with victim under 16. He was being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond with a pre-trial date of Feb. 20. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to state judicial records.

Hannah R. Disereits, 40, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court. A re-arrest order was issued Nov. 29.

Jessica L. Mancini, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and defective windshield. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Dennis I. Torres-Ponce, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 16.

Shawn N. Lemelin, 42, of Prospect, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 30.

Robert J. Wojciechowski, 45, of Hamden, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of disseminating voyeurism material, eavesdropping, and second-degree stalking. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 9.

Michael Ferrara, 48, of Hamden, was arrested Nov. 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance – second offense. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 24.

Dawn M. Girau-Stephens, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $500 bond. A re-arrest order was issued Dec. 2.

Raihanu D. Qiam, 27, of West Haven, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 31.

Terrance E. Secore, 38, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of third-degree larceny, first-degree forgery and fraudulent use of auto teller. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 27.

Annalucy L. Lachance, 46, of Wolcott, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30.

Wayne D. Lydem, 47, of Wolcott, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 7.
