Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

David K. Aguirre, 44, of Hartford, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 9, according to state judicial records.

Keith Conklin, 32, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt at third-degree larceny, illegal taking payment card, and less than $500 on revoked payment card. He was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a pre-trial date of Jan. 29. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to judicial records.

William Bryant, 72, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 29.

Manolo Bermeo, 20, of Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 21 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 22.

Gabriel E. Campos, 29, of Linden, New Jersey, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 22.

Sara P. Arenas-Bautista, 47, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, was arrested Nov. 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 15.

David J. Ruegg, 38, of Southington, was arrested Nov. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Andrew J. Wilson, 40, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 23.

Dwayne T. High, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 13.

Sam Truong, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.

Roy L. Pierce, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 25 on four counts of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $3,000 bond with a pre-trial date of Feb. 4. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to judicial records.
