WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Christopher M. Hansen, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a pre-trial date of March 18. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge, according to state judicial records.

Kelly J. Capone, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30. She was also arrested Dec. 5 on a charge of second-degree violating conditions of release. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 30 on that charge.

Ashley L. Burke, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 10.

Michael J. Rock, 64, of Southington, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 5.

Kyle D. Bennett, 55, of Middletown, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 29.

Nathaniel M. Pongetti, 18, of Durham, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.

Gavin G. Gratta, 42, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond. A re-arrest order was issued Dec. 6.

Kyle E. Russell, 30, of Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of third-degree burglary and use of motor vehicle without permission. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 28.

Christopher J. Carchietta, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 14.

Christian Herbozo, 43, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs with a passenger under the age of 18. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 3.

Donald F. Schmitt, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 8 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.
