Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Makeda H. Jones, 28, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation / suffocation, and second-degree threatening – physical threat. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 27, according to state judicial records.
Ricardo Torres, 37, of Hartford, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, two counts of assault on a public safety officer/EMT/Transt/Hlth, interfering with officer/resisting, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, three counts of evading responsibility – physical injury, operating under suspension, failure to carry operator license, and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

Anthony N. Pagano, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of first-degree robbery, larceny of motor vehicle – first offense, and sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $500,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 27.
Kelly J. Capone, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and violation of protective order. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30.

Reagli Borici, 28, of Staten Island, New York, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening – physical threat, second-degree harassment, risk of injury to child, and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 4.
Bonnie M. Leavy, 58, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.
Dipakbhai P. Patel, 51, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 14 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 14.
Angeles E. Paucar, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.
Jeremiah F. Hathaway, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 21.
Jason J. Bojko, 49, of Bethany, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.
Michele A. Masini, 49, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance – first offense. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.
Robert A. Munoz, 53, of Branford, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 11.
