Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Charles F. Condon, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 31, according to state judicial records.

James R. Reid, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27.

Sergio D. Andrade-Meza, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 23 on two counts of risk of injury to child, three counts of second-degree breach of peace, three counts of violation of protective order, and one count each of second-degree threatening – physical threat and interfering with an emergency call. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 5. He was also charged on Dec. 24 with three counts of violation of protective order, two counts of risk of injury to child, and one count each of second-degree threatening – physical threat and interfering with officer / resisting. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond on those charges, with a court date of Feb. 5.

Giovanni Delvalle, 33, of Ansonia, was arrested Dec. 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 14.

Marquise T. Hairston, 39, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 28 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 10.

Lori A. Egan, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 29 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 21.

Miguel A. Quinones, 37, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 31 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use of marker / license /registration. He was additionally charged with second-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.

Charlie Mancera, 41, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Dec. 31 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 13.
