Wallingford Police Blotter: April 1 Through April 8, 2025
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Claudio R. Ortega-Carchipulla, 37, of Hartford, was arrested April 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs (second offense), operating under suspension – alcohol, and operating motor vehicle without ignition device. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 2, according to state judicial records.
Thad Stanley, 36, of Milford, was arrested April 2 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 13.

Michael J. Gelagotis, 52, of Meriden, was arrested April 2 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree stalking – fear physical safety, and illegal operation of motor vehicle 0 harass / intimidation. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 28.
Johnny Rosa, 45, of Meriden, was arrested April 4 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, interfering with officer / resisting, disobeying signal of officer, and operating under suspension. He was being held in lieu of a $7,500 bond with a court date of May 7.

Jennifer C. Guest, 41, of Cheshire, was arrested April 4 on charges of third-degree forgery and criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 3.
Maia Y. Gordon, 30, of West Hartford, was arrested April 4 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 26.
Isaiah T. Bookert, 33, of Meriden, was arrested April 5 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 4.
John A. Brooks, 51, of Wallingford, was arrested April 5 on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, and operating under suspension – alcohol. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 25.
Zachary M. Killen, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested April 6 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 22.
Crystal N. Maldonado, 38, of Middletown, was arrested April 8 on a charge of violating protective order. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 19.
