Wallingford Police Blotter: April 11 Through April 18, 2025
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Daniel J. Maginnis, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested April 11 on three counts of violation of protective order and one count of electronic stalking – emotional distress to person. He was being held in lieu of a $500,000 bond with a court date of May 12, according to state judicial records.
Patricia L. Ward, 45, of Meriden, was arrested April 12 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, and possession of controlled substance – first offense. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 5.

Katie A. Smith, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested April 12 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs with a passenger under 18 in the car. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of May 23.
Michael Dawicki, 34, of Milton, Florida, was arrested April 14 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to child. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 9.

Synitra D. Culbreath, 45, of New Haven, was arrested April 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 4.
Cleopatria Barr, 53, of West Haven, was arrested April 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny and was released on a promise to appear in court on June 4.
Austin D. Sabatucci, 62, of Wallingford, was arrested April 18 on charges of violation of protective order, first-degree criminal trespass, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 6.
Sachana M. Parrish, 42, of North Windham, was arrested April 18 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 16.
Christopher J. Carchietta, 37, of West Haven, was arrested April 18 on charges of third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, and first-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 15.
Douglas J. Skehan, 53, of East Hartford, was arrested April 18 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 16.
