Wallingford Police Blotter: April 19 Through April 30, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Yasniel Oliva-Sierra, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested April 19 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and risk of injury to child. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 25, according to state judicial records.

Ariosto P. Juca, 61, of Wallingford, was arrested April 20 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 25.

Kyle E. Noetzel, 31, of New Haven, was arrested April 21 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court. A re-arrest order was issued May 1.

Juan C. Garay-Andrade, 37, of Meriden, was arrested April 22 on charges of third-degree stalking and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 28.

Emily A. Johnson, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested April 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 21.

Edwin O. Gonzalez-Jimenez, 34, of Meriden, was arrested April 25 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker / license / registration. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 25.

Michael A. Gerace, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested April 26 on charges of failure to store firearm – minor access and risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of May 21.

Juan R. Figlewski, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested April 26 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to child. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 3.

Elizabeth J. Manske, 28, of Middletown, was arrested April 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.

Jimmy Marin, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested April 28 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 3.

Daniel J. Maginnis, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested April 30 on a charge of second-degree reporting false incident. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 25.
