Wallingford Police Blotter: Aug. 14 Through Aug. 20, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Robert E. Flanagan, 69, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, sixth-degree larceny, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 6, according to state judicial records.

Larry R. Manguilli, 67, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 16.

Yohlannda W. Lopez, 36, of West Haven, was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 6.

Nateli Y. Rosario, 18, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 15 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar tools, false statement, and interfering with officer / resisting. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond.

Robert Rintoul, 55, of Higganum, was arrested Aug. 15 on a charge of violating protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 26. He was also arrested on Aug. 17 on charges of first-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and violating protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond on those charges with a court date of Sept. 26.

Sean M. Leary, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 15 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 23.

Jared R. Benjamin, 27, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 17 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, criminal impersonation, possession of controlled substance – second offense, use of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 23.

Marino J. Garcia-Suarez, 43, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, illegal operation of motor vehicle, operating under suspension, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker / license / registration. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 22.

Brian P. Underkofler, 44, of North Haven, was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 25.

Tadae S. Love, 24, of Hartford, was arrested Aug. 19 on charges of third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. She was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 7.

Michael T. Kelley, 56, of Durham, was arrested Aug. 20 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 14.

Victor B. Rook, 41, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 20 on a charge of second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 25.
