Wallingford Police Blotter: Aug. 22 Through Aug. 31, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Mario A. Parrotta, 25, of Southington, was arrested Aug. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 14, according to state judicial records.

Antwan M. Teague, 36, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 22 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 26.

Carlos D. Ayala, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 22 on two counts of violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 22. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to judicial records.

Leila Moody, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 22 on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 30.

Johnny L. Goad, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation / suffocation, interfering with officer / resisting, and criminal attempt at assault of a public safety officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 30.

Dominic Randi, 44, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 26 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 3.

Carlos J. Bonilla-Guacho, 39, of Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of violation of probation, engaging police in pursuit, operating motor vehicle without a license, interfering with officer / resisting, and windshield obstructing view. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 10.

Malcolm J. Greene, 25, of Norwich, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 15.

Malayna Cooper, 33, of West Haven, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 21.

Johnathan P. Conrad, 48, of Plantsville, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 30.

David L. Scinto, 34, of Trumbull, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 27.

Riley J. McKenney, 23, of Bristol, was arrested Aug. 28 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 26.

Jonathan E. Turner, 51, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 2.

Brian Heath, 54, of North Branford, was arrested Aug. 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 30.
