Gina Palluotto, 19, 183 Thompson St., East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Aug. 28. Aug. 29 Jermal Muhammad, 26, 145 Stone Wall Drive, Hamden, was charged with a failure to respond to an infraction on Aug. 29. Bond: $100.
