Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Maria A. Flanagan, 62, of Cheshire, was arrested Aug. 3 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 8, according to state judicial records.
Trevor C. Marrow, 45, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 3 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating motor vehicle without a license, and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 14.

Mark T. Kesilewski, 27, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was additionally charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, interfering with officer / resisting, and three counts of violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 16.
John Ward, 36, of Bristol, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 16.

Alexis M. Rivera, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree violating conditions of release. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 30.
Holly Digertt, 68, of Middlefield, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 19.
Corey T. Dewars-Jones, 34, of Baldwin, New York, was arrested Aug. 7 on charges of second-degree forgery and forgery of symbols. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 12.
Brendan W. Pogonelski, 39, of Hamden, was arrested Aug. 8 on charges of first-degree stalking, second-degree harassment, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, and 14 counts of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 22.
John P. Beddington, 56, of Orange, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of second-degree threatening, second-degree harassment, and violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 18.
Derek C. Lewis, 57, of Hamden, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 24.
Mary Polchaninoff, 65, of Westbrook, was arrested Aug. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/ drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 12.
Nicholas J. Ferraro, 53, of Unionville, was arrested Aug. 13 on charges of criminal attempt at first-degree sexual assault, four counts of illegal sexual contact, three counts of first-degree sexual assault – victim under the age of 13, and two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $150,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 29.
Julian T. Cofrancesco, 33, of New Haven, was arrested Aug. 13 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and violation of probation. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 28.
Lisa Augustine-Mingolello, 44, of Meriden, was arrested Aug. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 3.
