Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 15 Through Feb. 23, 2025
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Ryan W. Dickinson, 29, of Middletown, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of third-degree stalking. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 17, according to state judicial records. He was additionally charged with driving the wrong way on a one-way street, disobeying signal of officer, and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 17 for those charges.
Charles M. Drayton, 36, of New London, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening – physical threat, and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Makhi J. Grady, 22, of Middletown, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, risk of injury to child, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, second-degree breach of peace, and first-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of March 28.
Youssef Elouadi, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 14.

Wendy K. Yasensky, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and two counts of evading responsibility – injury / property damage. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 15.
Afsheen A. Kashif, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 24.
Gary J. Huse, 74, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of violation of protective order, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of April 1.
Cody Topazio, 29, of Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.
Lynn R. Lindsay, 53, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 22.
