Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 7 Through Feb. 14, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ferdinand Morales, 67, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 7 on three counts of risk of injury to child and two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of March 26, according to state judicial records.

Christopher Forte, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 14.

David R. Cullen, 73, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 28.

Joseph J. Zotter, 60, of Wallingford was arrested Feb. 8 on 46 counts of illegal possession of large capacity magazine, four counts of illegal alteration of firearm identification, and one count each of criminal possession of firearm/ammunition/defense weapon and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of March 27.

David J. Bybel, 37, of North Haven, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19.

Jason Sampson, 36, of Ansonia, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of fourth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, and third-degree forgery. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 19.

Steven P. Champagne, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of use of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 18.

Beverly J. Therrien, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 9 on a charge of conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 9.

Ricardo J. Correa, 51, of Manhattan, New York, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 24.

Linnette J. Lebron, 30, of Middletown, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10.

Alhaji G. Barrie, 33, of Hartford, was arrested Feb. 14 on charges of carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of weapon in a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating without insurance, and two counts of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of March 12. He was also charged with two counts of violation of protective order on Feb. 15. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond on those charges.
