Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 1 Through Jan. 9, 2025

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Osiris Y. Ponce, 36, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree threatening – physical threat, and two counts of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 4, according to state judicial records.

Kristin J. Bower, 53, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of first-degree threatening – armed/displaying firearm, illegal carry firearm – under the influence of drugs / alcohol, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond with a court date of March 6.

Angel U. Ayala, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 3 on charges of violation of protective order, operating motor vehicle without a license, and use of motor vehicle without permission. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 5.

Lindsey Abrahms, 35, of Wappingers Fall, New York, was arrested Jan. 3 on two counts of third-degree burglary and one count of sixth-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Kelly J. Capone, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan.3 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 11.

Marlo E. Andrade Andrade, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 3 on two counts of third-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 14.

Shannon O. Martinez, 44, of Cheshire, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 7.

Lori A. Egan, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of drinking while driving, operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and improper turns. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Leslie J. Morgan, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, improper turn/stop – no signal, and failure to have seatbelts in motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 4.

Jessica H. Hilbert, 45, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 13.

Patrick Dodge, 37, of Wolcott, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 19.

Pete J. Juliano, 48, of Farmington, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 7.

Reggie D. Anderson, 22, of Enfield, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of March 3.
