Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Matthew R. Rene, 23, of Smithfield, Rhode Island, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 20, according to state judicial records.
Cesar Godinez-Lopez, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 20.

Erica L. Waller, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of criminal attempt at third-degree promoting prostitution. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of March 7.
Kimberly A. Inglis, 55, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and traffic control signals. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Nicole J. Onofrio, 50, of Middletown, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening – physical threat. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 19.
Cesar Aztatzi-Zepeda, 24, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, following too closely, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without a license, evading responsibility, and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $500 bond. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges with a pre-trial date of March 3.
Milton Rueda, 29, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 12 on three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and four counts of risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.
John P. Thornton, 63, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of making home improvement without home improvement certification. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 11.
Elizabeth J. Manske, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of third-degree assault – physical injury and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25.
David E. Karnuk, 44, of Farmington, was arrested Jan. 16 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 14.
Natalia M. Imperato, 33, of East Haven, was arrested Jan. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, and following too closely – with accident. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 24.
Joshua C. Albee, 42, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to obey stop sign, and engaging police in pursuit. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.
