Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 18 Through Jan. 25, 2025

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Marvin Santiago, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, violation of readable/lost plate requirements, and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 20, according to state judicial records.

Joshua C. Albee, 42, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 18 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

Milagros Y. Baez, 42, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 19 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 10.

Alexa L. Wescott, 27, of Newington, was arrested Jan. 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and drinking while driving. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 12.

Brittany Dumsar, 31, of Norwich, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of possession of controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, tampering – physical evidence, and interfering with officer / resisting. She was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 7.

Rosa G. Zuniga Cueva, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and following too closely – with accident. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 13.

Danielle M. Colavito, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 13.

Tabitha Avery, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 25 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 13.
