WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Joseph E. Carbone, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of third-degree strangulation / suffocation and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 3, according to state judicial records.
Daniel A. Carbone, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of criminal attempt at second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 3.

Lizzamarie Concepcion Ocasio, 36, of Hartford, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 2.
Alexis Echevarria Alers, 38, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 30 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 2.

Omar F. Perez, 30, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of criminal impersonation, interfering with officer / resisting, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating motor vehicle without insurance, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and windshield obstructing view. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 6.
Rhon G. Hoilett, 50, of Hartford, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 4.
Antwan M. Teague, 35, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 4.
Bret P. Simard, 32, of New Britain, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of March 19.
Lyndie J. Kelley, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of operating under the influence with child under 18, risk of injury to child, failure to drive upon right, and improper use of booster seat. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 26.
Christian Perez, 38, of Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 27.
Paul R. Glynn, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 3 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 4.
John P. Beddington, 56, of Orange, was arrested Feb. 3 on four counts of violating protective order and one count of second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 5.
Robert R. Stephens, 37, of Long Island, New York, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of violation of protective order and second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 3.
Robert P. Violette, 57, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of failure to pay refund – job less than $10,000. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 6.
