Wallingford Police Blotter: July 1 Through July 11, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Anthony B. Sanchez-Totoy, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs with child under 18 passenger, transporting child between ages 2-5 without car seat, risk of injury to child, and operating motor vehicle without license. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Sept. 12, according to state judicial records.

Jeffrey Nicholson, 62, of Middletown, was arrested July 3 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 21.

Robert M. Bruzy, 42, of Meriden, was arrested July 4 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Aug. 15.

Pablo Govea, 38, of New Haven, was arrested July 4 on two counts of violating standing criminal protective order and one count each of operating motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 26.

Marco A. Lucero, 51, of Wallingford, was arrested July 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and illegal operation of motor vehicle – violating license class. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 15.

Victoria N. Flanagan, 28, of Plantsville, was arrested July 7 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 11.

Michael W. Castellon, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested July 7 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 11.

Anthony J. Nastri, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested July 7 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 11.

Crystal L. Reale, 50, of Meriden, was arrested July 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 15.

Edmund T. Jackson, 69, of New Haven, was arrested July 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 20.

Marco A. Pujols, 26, of New Haven, was arrested July 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 17.

Brian D. Adams, 44, of Bridgeport, was arrested July 11 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, operating unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 3.
