Wallingford Police Blotter: March 12 Through March 18, 2025
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Tafari O. Howell, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested March 12 on two counts each of violation of protective order and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 23, according to state judicial records.
Joshua A. Boulier, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested March 12 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 15.

Erin L. Stone, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested March 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and interfering with officer / resisting. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 4.
Jose M. Vega, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested March 13 on charges of third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 21. He was also charged in a separate incident with second-degree strangulation / suffocation, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to child, and operating motor vehicle under suspension.

Angel U. Ayala, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested March 15 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 14.
Jeffrey P. Prusinski, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of April 10.
Roger Williams, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested March 18 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 22.
Antonio L. Farina, 51, of Meriden, was arrested March 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and drinking while driving. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of April 21.
