Wallingford Police Blotter: March 2 Through March 9, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Peter T. Jarzabek, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested March 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 9, according to state judicial records.

Stella B. Blanchard, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested March 2 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 8.

Ronda Lewis, 49, of High Falls, New York, was arrested March 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10.

Jazmin T. McGhee, 39, of Meriden, was arrested March 2 on a charge of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense. She was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond with a court date of April 4.

Scott A. Tenney, 36, of Hartford, was arrested March 3 on charges of first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, second-degree threatening, and second-degree breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 8.

Vincent L. Rivera, 44, of North Branford, was arrested March 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 24.

Keith R. Belle, 67, of Wallingford, was arrested March 7 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 30.

Jeffrey L. Miller, 51, of Northford, was arrested March 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 11.

Waldemar Malave, 44, of Meriden, was arrested March 9 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and reckless driving. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 22.
