Wallingford Police Blotter: March 21 Through March 26, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jazmin T. McGhee, 39, of Meriden, was arrested March 21 on a charge of larceny of motor vehicle. She was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 2, according to state judicial records.

Josue Segui, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to display plates/inserts. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 13.

Conner T. Brennan, 30, of Durham, was arrested March 22 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, and public indecency. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 2.

Cheryl Uhlman, 66, of Meriden, was arrested March 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 4.

Esco Bennett, 38, of East Haven, was arrested March 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 30.

Daquan R. Dowell, 33, of Derby, was arrested March 23 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation / suffocation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 30.

Sarah Pulisciano, 29, of Meriden, was arrested March 23 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and violation of protective order. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 29.

Alijah M. Vasquez, 29, of Windsor, was arrested March 23 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 29.

Jessica M. Valentin, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested March 23 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 29.

James F. Gill, 52, of Meriden, was arrested March 24 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 7.

Daniel J. Maginnis, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested March 25 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 30.

David J. Bybel, 37, of North Haven, was arrested March 25 on charges of first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 14.

Brian M. Kesilewski, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested March 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 27.

Jordan M. Ramos, 26, of Meriden, was arrested March 26 on charges of third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of May 29.
