Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Meghan Obrien Palluzzi, 29, of Cheshire, was arrested May 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of June 27, according to state judicial records.
Lance C. Walter, 79, of Plantsville, was arrested May 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 27.

Daniel J. Henderson, 42, of Meriden, was arrested May 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 16.
Kani M. Hill, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested May 27 on charges of violation of protective order and second-degree harassment. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 31.

Ahnyah K. Norris, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested May 27 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count of second-degree threatening. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 16.
Miguelisa Rivera-Rios, 39, of Putnam, was arrested May 28 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft, illegal take payment card, and more than $500 on revoked payment card. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 28.
Kenneth W. Welch, 67, of Wallingford, was arrested May 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 14.
Anne M. Dougherty, 45, of Branford, was arrested May 28 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, payment card theft, less than $500 on revoked payment card, and third-degree identity theft. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of July 17.
Timothy M. Nielsen, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested May 29 on charges of interfering with officer / resisting and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 14.
Rhamel M. Cabral, 21, of Meriden, was arrested May 29 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, and second-degree threatening. He was being held in lieu of a $7,500 bond with a court date of June 24.
Jodie L. Mesite, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested May 30 on a charge of interfering with officer / resisting. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 22.
Christopher J. Camerato, 32, of North Haven, was arrested May 30 on a charge of interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 14.
Brian E. Banning, 36, of Meriden, was arrested May 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 17.
John M. Shemet, 29, of Durham, was arrested May 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, operating without a license, and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 21.
Doyle W. Lynn, 60, of Middlefield, was arrested May 30 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/ drugs and failure to wear safety seat belt. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 17.
