Wallingford Police Blotter: May 7 Through May 17, 2023
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Rhamel M. Cabral, 19, of New Britain, was arrested May 7 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 11, according to state judicial records.
Jose L. Gutierrez, 28, of New Jersey, was arrested May 11 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 13.

Jose J. Fret, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested May 11 on two counts of risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 21.
Nicole Allston, 47, of Cheshire, was arrested May 12 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 23.

Denisha Allston, 42, of Cheshire, was arrested May 12 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 23.
Erik M. Wolf, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested May 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal operation of motor vehicle – violation license class, and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 7.
Megan C. Garner, 24, of North Haven, was arrested May 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 26.
Anthony P. Saldamarco, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested May 16 on charges of drinking while driving and operating under the influence with child under the age of 18 passenger. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 28.
Katie A. Smith, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested May 16 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 30.
Robert Redente, 42, of East Haven, was arrested May 17 on charges of criminal impersonation, criminal attempt at second-degree larceny, criminal attempt at first-degree identity theft, and first-degree failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond with a court date of June 28.
Hector M. Alvarez, 40, of Waterbury, was arrested May 17 on three counts of assault of a public safety officer, and one count each of third-degree larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and sale of narcotic substance. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 28.
Alysha L. Pulisciano, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested May 17 on a charge of violation of probation. She was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 6.
Anthony J. Ross, 49, of North Haven, was arrested May 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to wear safety belt. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 30.
