Wallingford Police Blotter: May 9 Through May 16, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Patricia M. Cole, 40, of East Haven, was arrested May 9 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 20, according to state judicial records.

Mya A. Marable, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested May 9 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening – physical threat. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 18.

Kevin A. Mikulski, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on charges of second-degree false incident report and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 20. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Deborah Murphy, 68, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on a charge of second-degree custodial interference. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.

Pamela Fudala, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance 3rd, and use of drug paraphernalia. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of July 2.

William L. Boivin, 65, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 4.

Mauricio Collaguazo-Pilaguano, 32, of New Haven, was arrested May 11 on charges of drinking while driving, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating without insurance, and operating without a license. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 30.

Cale A. Cain, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested May 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of July 9.

Christmas A. Neustadter, 55, of Hamden, was arrested May 15 on a charge of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 7.

Robert T. Ryan, 62, of Durham, was arrested May 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 9.

Jamie J. Colucci, 61, of Waterbury, was arrested May 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 12.

Michael S. St. Hilaire, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested May 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 26.

Madeline R. Dommel, 26, of Middletown, was arrested May 16 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 24.

Alex L. Quito-Quito, 26, of New Haven, was arrested May 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 30.
