Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 1 Through Sept. 9, 2025

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Robert Rintoul, 55, of Higganum, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat, disorderly conduct and two counts of violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 24, according to state judicial records.

David J. Rick, 27, of Waterbury, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of risk of injury to child, false statement, disorderly conduct, and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 6.

Bryam A. Quezada Sagbaicela, 26, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 7.

Harold A. Agnew, 33, of Hamden, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 17.

Sharon A. Bjornberg, 69, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.

Jahir Hernandez-Hernandez, 21, of Waterbury, was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, traveling unreasonably fast, improper use – marker / license / registration, operating without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, and failure to wear safety seat belt. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 29.

Jose M. Maldonado, 48, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 6 on charges of possession of controlled substance – third offense and illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 7.

Natalie I. Ney, 22, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 17.

Ralph F. Pelrin, 72, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to grant right of way – private road. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 20.

Jason A. Velleca, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 6 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 8.

Kevin Grady, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of interfering with officer / resisting and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Nov. 20.

Kevin A. Mikulski, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 9 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 13.
