Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Djevaire Zulali, 49, of Wolcott, was arrested Sept. 12 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 15, according to state judicial records.
Timothy M. Plourde, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and driving wrong way – one-way street. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 31.

Katherine M. Mezzi, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 5.
Heather Heriot, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. She was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 15.

John P. Cerrotti, 64, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Oct. 22.
Timothy V. Cunha, 62, of Plainville, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 17.
Jean E. Stajos, 66, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 13.
Brittney J. Mackie, 33, of West Haven, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 10.
Scott R. Nicholson, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of risk of injury to child and fourth-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 15.
Angela A. Mastroianni, 52, of East Haven, was arrested Sept. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 29.
Joshua D. Forest, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 16.
Jean R. Michel, 36, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, illegal use of scanning device, and forgery of symbols. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 20.
Algea W. Flores, 35, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, illegal use of scanning device, and forgery of symbols. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 20.
Jeffrey D. Colrus, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 17 on three counts of reckless driving, three counts of engaging police in pursuit, three counts of interfering with officer / resisting, and two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment. He was additionally charged with fifth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $100,000 with a court date of Oct. 31.
Larry W. Levasseur, 63, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 14.
Ilegnave, Santiago-Nieves, 30, of New Haven, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, simple trespass, and third-degree criminal mischief.
Johnathan W. Bodnar, 36, of Milford, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of possession of controlled substance – third offense, interfering with officer / resisting, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $50 bond with a court date of Nov. 3.
Michael Zaccarino, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of possession of controlled substance – first offense, possession with intent narcotic substance, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 10.
